Depeche Mode in Carcassonne

Amazing how this grew day by day. A huge team of construction workers made it happen. Well done lads!

Drat! No tickets left!! Only joking...not my era! We'll just have to be content to see Status Quo tomorrow;-).

Having a tea break! It's what we call in the UK ' High Tea' :-))

There's always one nosey neighbour!

Rather them than Me!! No safety harnesses either!!

A few thousand people inside the arena and a few hundred outside...for free...we were among them:-).

Depeche Mode says goodbye to Carcassonne. Fabulous weather for weeks and tonight it chucked it down!

Mike's Vernissage at Restaurant L'Ecurie

Horseman and Guardian Angel...my favourite! And the most expensive! So what's new!
Cactus with Attitude!

After the storm -Montagne Noire

We wish our friend Raymond was here and he could have played for us!

Moroccan Oasis

A black & white impact!

Reflecting on the day.

M & M

A good luck card and a bouquet of weird flowers to Mike from moi...just the ticket for Mike!

Kaisa... a new friend...she bought one of Mike's paintings. Obviously got very good taste!!:-)

Friends Dominique and Luc. Dominique is our french teacher...she is fantastic!

A bit of light entertainment after the Vernissage! Went on until 3 am !!!

A lovely summers evening in restaurant L'Ecurie's Garden

Two Fairies and a Phono

Let me introduce you to my two Fairy friends: Fairy Quant who got bored in the UK and has come to France to do a bit of burlesque with her friend Viola who is always winding her up...as you can see!!

Carcassonne - bloomin lovely!

Fabulous displays around the town

My Balcony

It's not very big but I like it to be colourful.
